P-3283
P-3283 is a transparent, colorless, thermally stable perfluorinated liquid that is ideally suited for numerous single-phase heat transfer applications in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Its wide operating temperature range (128°C to −65°C) makes it an excellent alternative to FC‑3283 as a refrigerant in chiller systems. Moreover, since the composition of P‑3283 remains stable over time, liquid losses are minimized, and its heat transfer properties remain consistent throughout operation.
P-40
P-40 is a non-conductive liquid with excellent thermodynamic and chemical stability, making it an ideal single-phase heat transfer medium. It is suitable for applications in the electronics and semiconductor industries, including testing, chemical vapor deposition, and TFT production. This transparent, colorless, non-conductive, non-flammable liquid leaves no residue and exhibits both thermal and chemical stability, making it well-suited for heat-transfer fluid applications. Its wide operating temperature range (-58 to 174°C) and high material compatibility render it particularly appropriate for a variety of single-phase and two-phase electronic systems.
