GWS diaphragm expansion tanks are compatible with both cold plate and immersion-type liquid cooling technologies. As a core component in the secondary-side circulation loop, they primarily serve to buffer pressure and maintain constant system pressure. Featuring high-grade butyl rubber diaphragms, combined with a natural polypropylene liner and stainless steel fittings, they are compatible with a variety of cooling media, including pure water, ethylene glycol, and propylene glycol. Thanks to their unique and superior sealing design and manufacturing processes, GWS diaphragm expansion tanks are notably leak-free and maintenance-free. Under normal operating conditions, they require no periodic gas replenishment or maintenance, fundamentally eliminating the risk of coolant leaks while significantly reducing the operational and maintenance burden on data centers.

INOXFLOW™

The InoxFlow™ series of expansion tanks are constructed from stainless steel sheets specifically designed for pressure vessels and butyl rubber diaphragms, offering products certified to multiple standards, including the Chinese National Standard (GB150), European standards (PED), and U.S. standards (ASME). With capacities ranging from 100 to 10,000 liters (larger capacities available upon request), these products are fully compatible with various cooling technologies, including plate-type liquid cooling and immersion-type liquid cooling, making them a reliable choice for building safe, stable, and efficient primary-side cooling infrastructure. They effectively address issues such as pressure fluctuations, accumulated thermal expansion, water hammer impacts, and leakage compensation.
